Real Estate
Quality of Earnings (QoE) in Real Estate refers to the evaluation of the sustainability, recurring nature, and cash-backed quality of a property company’s operating income (often measured via Net Operating Income - NOI, or Adjusted EBITDA). A real estate QoE strips out non-recurring valuation gains, normalizes lease commencement timings, accounts for hidden capital expenditures (CapEx), and assesses tenant credit risk to determine the true, recurring operational cash flow available to service debt or distribute to investors.
What we are providing
Unlike other sectors, a Real Estate QoE focuses less on the production cycle and much more on lease agreements, asset revaluations, and financial cash flows related to property management."
